Select "First Visit" or "Established Patient" for either Neurosomatic Therapy (NST) or Myofascial Release (MFR) and follow the prompts. After booking you will receive an email confirmation.  Please complete the intake forms prior to your appointment. An important part of your treatment is an in-depth evaluation by your therapist and this information provides a better picture of what brought you in, leading to the root of your pain more quickly!

Payment is due at the time of service.  A credit card number is requested when scheduling but will not be charged unless you cancel the appointment with less than 12 hours notice.  If cancelled within 12 hours, 50% of the appointment fee will be charged to the card on file so we may pay the therapist for their time.
